Purpose:
The splitReservation function is used to split a reservation due to for example outstanding articles.
Return value:
Array - [rno, orderStatus]
The value of "rno" is the reservation number of the purchase.
The value of "orderStatus" shows if the invoice can be delivered immediately or requires manual approval.
1 = OK
2 = Pending
or
Throws an exception with error code and error message.
