Klarna module version 2.0.1 for Zencart released

BUG FIXES

* Unable to pay using Christmas campaign
Orders paid using the Christmas campaign were inadvertently registered as Gift Certificate/Coupon purchases. Furthermore, the purchases were not registered with Klarna. This has now been fixed.

* Unable to backup the database
A column in the database table where the pclasses (Klarna part payment options) are stored was namned "desc". This is a reserved word in MySQL and caused problems with some database backup solutions. The column has now been renamed "description".

* Error message pertaining to the countries table
The module was unable to fetch data from the Zen Cart table namned "countries" if table prefixes were used. The module now uses the built-in constant TABLE_COUNTRIES to find the country table.

* No phone number text in Germany and the Netherlands
There was no label above the field where German and Dutch customers entered their phone numbers and there was no green balloon popping up when you clicked in the field. The correct label and bubble text have now been added.

* The part payment box did not work as intended in Internet Explorer 8
There was an issue with the part payment box on product pages that could in some cases prevent it from expanding when clicked. There was also a layout issue which made the expanded part payment box become too wide when viewed in Internet Explorer 8. Both of these issues have been fixed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* Delete the PClasses table before upgrading
If you are upgrading from the previous Klarna module (version 2.0.0) you must delete the table called "klarna_pclasses" from your database before installing this new version.
