Kreditor has changed the name to Klarna, what does it mean for my store?

Changing name means that a lot is changing for ut. For you as a store owner this means two things:

You need to change the logotypes to the new ones.
You must change all the text according to the information below.

As a store owner you are an important part that the name change goes as smooth as possible.

OVERALL CHANGES
Everything that used to be called Kreditor or Kreditor Europe AB, shall be changed to Klarna.

INVOICE
In Sweden, the brand ”Fakturera mig” is strong, so we will keep that name for some time (not specified) which will have both names included so the consumers know that is the same company offering the same simple and safe payment service online. In other markets, we will use the Klarna logotype.

How should i show it in the checkout?
From now on, it has to always say ”Faktura – betala om 14 dagar” or ”Faktura- 14 dagar”. This text is to be shown together with the logotype if you show logotypes in the checkout.

Names like ”kreditor” and frases including only the name ”fakturera mig” are not to be used anymore.

Step-by-step

Payment option has to be named ”Faktura – betala om 14 dagar” or ”Faktura- 14 dagar”. Nothing else shall be used for example ”Klarna faktura”, ”faktura från Klarna” etc.
Change all ”Fakturera mig” logotypes to ”Fakturera mig/Klarna”
Change all frases with ”Fakturera mig” to ”Fakturera mig/Klarna”.

Are there any differences with Fakturera mig and Fakturera mig/Klarna?
No, the service works the same way as before.

PART PAYMENT
The name ”Dela upp betalningen” will be changed to only ”Klarna konto”. All types of part payments will be changed to Klarna konto and the logotypes must also be changed to Klarna logotype.

How should i show it in the checkout?
All text with ”Dela upp betalningen” in the checkout will be changed to ”Delbetalning – Klarna”. This text have to be shown together with the logotype if you use logotypes on the checkout page.

The name Dela upp betalningen is not valid anymore and shall not be used.

Step-by-step

Change the name of the service in the texts in the store from ”Dela upp betalningen” to ”Delbetalning - Klarna”.
Change all ”Dela upp betalningen” logotypes to ”Klarna”.
Change all ”Dela upp betalningen” frases in the checkout to ”Delbetalning – Klarna”
If you offer campaigns (3 – 36 month part payments), you need to name the payment option as above, but with the exception that account is called ”Konto”. The campaigns are shown as before.
If you have campaigns and account, they are to be shown as one payment option. Account is to be shown on the top/first and then the lowest monthly payment.
Please note that if you already offer part payment, the lowest amount to pay has been changed from 100 kr/month to 50 kr/month.
